Position details

·        Title: Patient Access Implementation Manager

·        Travel: 25%

Role purpose
Own end-to-end delivery of Epic Prelude, Cadence, and Referrals application implementation for Back to Foundation and Guided Scheduling Programs, with accountability for planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and go-lives across Patient Access and Scheduling domains.
Key responsibilities

·        Lead Epic Prelude, Cadence, and Referral’s implementations and enhancements.

·        Coordinate cross-functional teams, IT, clinical, and operational stakeholders.

·        Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

·        Support go-live readiness, command centre activities, and post–go-live stabilization.

·        Ensure alignment with Patient Access and Scheduling CoE (Centres of Excellence) priorities and Epic governance.

 

Required experience and skills

·        5+ years Epic Prelude, Cadence, and Referral implementation experience and Certifications

·        Strong healthcare IT project management background.

·        Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

·        Familiarity with Patient Access, Scheduling, and Referral workflows.
