Working Hours: Monday to Thursday , 9pm - 5am

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer (AM2/Apprenticeship qualified) to join my clients team on a full shift pattern, covering a commercial site in Slough. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer who has been longing for a professional and progress team of engineers, support by management who reward their staff with training, promotions and development in technical abilities where possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical three-phase systems, lighting and power distribution.
• Perform tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.
• Carry out checks to other building services systems via PPM schedule (CAFM)
• Monitor BMS
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Level 3/Part 2 and AM2 &/or Gold Card in Electrical Installations
• Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
• Knowledge of commercial building systems
