Job Description

Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead (.NET Full Stack)

Experience: 11+ Years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer with over 11 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies. You will play a key role in designing software architecture, developing cloud-native applications, mentoring development teams, and driving technical excellence throughout the software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, Azure Cloud, Microservices, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React. You should be passionate about writing clean, maintainable code and delivering business solutions that are reliable, secure, and scalable.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8, and RESTful APIs.

  • Build scalable microservices-based applications following modern software architecture principles.

  • Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular or React.

  • Design and optimize SQL Server databases, write efficient stored procedures, and improve query performance.

  • Develop cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and Azure Storage.

  • Integrate applications with third-party systems using REST APIs, messaging services, and event-driven architectures.

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

  • Containerize applications using Docker and deploy them to Kubernetes (AKS) environments.

  • Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Azure Active Directory.

  • Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.

  • Troubleshoot production issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement scalable solutions.

  • Mentor junior developers and promote coding standards, best practices, and Agile methodologies.

  • Work closely with business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and product owners to deliver high-quality software solutions.

  • Experience designing and implementing Microservices architecture.

  • Strong SQL Server database development and optimization skills.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) or Azure Solutions Architect certification.

  • Experience working with Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, or Financial Services projects.

  • Exposure to Kubernetes, Event-Driven Architecture, and cloud-native application development.
