Military Intelligence Role Player - Defense Training Specialist

Cherokee Federal seeks a Military Intelligence Role Playing Specialist to support training and readiness for U.S. government and defense clients. In this role, you will portray realistic military, intelligence, and civilian personas to enhance exercises, simulations, and classroom instruction. You will interpret order of battle, follow scripted and dynamic scenarios, produce injects and basic intelligence reports, and provide feedback to trainers. Working within a mission-driven, inclusive culture, you'll collaborate with instructors, analysts, and program staff to refine scenarios and help prepare warfighters and intelligence professionals for real-world operations.

Responsibilities

• Portray realistic military, intelligence, and civilian roles in exercises and simulations.
• Execute scripted and dynamic scenarios to support intelligence and operational training.
• Interpret order of battle, threat networks, and operational environments.
• Develop injects, role briefs, and basic intelligence reports to drive training outcomes.
• Support pre-briefs and debriefs, providing feedback to trainers and participants.
• Collaborate with instructors and analysts to refine training scenarios and vignettes.
• Ensure realism, cultural awareness, and security compliance in all role play activities.
• Document observations and contribute to after-action reviews and lessons learned.
