Job Title: Seasonal Retail Operations Specialist

Location: Dallas, TX

Client: Major Entertainment Company

Duration: 3 Month Contract

Pay Rate: $18/hr on W2

Hours: 20–25 hours/week, with flexibility based on business needs
Schedule: 6–8 hour shifts; primarily afternoon/evening, potentially until midnight
Availability: Minimum 4 days/week; weekends and holidays required
Age Requirement: 18+

Role Summary:

We are seeking customer-focused Seasonal Retail Crew Members to support retail operations and deliver an immersive, high-quality fan experience during the holiday season. The role combines retail sales, inventory management, POS operations, guest services, and fan engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage merchandise inventory, including receiving, unpacking, organizing, restocking, and product pulls.

·       Maintain accurate and organized stockrooms and visually appealing sales floors.

·       Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to leadership.

·       Operate POS systems and process customer transactions.

·       Deliver exceptional, brand-aligned customer service and actively engage with fans.

·       Sell merchandise and, as needed, assist with ticket sales/scanning and guest flow.

·       Support opening/closing procedures, recovery, cleaning, and merchandise security.

·       Follow company SOPs, emergency procedures, and EHS/safety standards.

·       Lift and transport inventory weighing up to 50 lbs.

·       Represent the company as a brand ambassador and help increase fan engagement.

Required Qualifications:

·       18+ years of age.

·       Experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, attractions, or food & beverage operations.

·       Strong retail operations and inventory management experience.

·       Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, and conflict-resolution skills.

·       Ability to quickly build rapport with customers in a high-traffic, experiential environment.

·       Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.

·       Knowledge or passion for the company's shows, series, and films is preferred.

·       Additional language skills are a plus.

·       Willingness to follow environmental, health, and safety protocols.

Preferred Background

·       Experience in high-touch or boutique retail environments such as Sephora, Apple, Nordstrom, Lush, or Neiman Marcus, as well as theme park/guest operations, is highly preferred. Food-service experience is also relevant when combined with strong inventory skills.
