Strong knowledge of compensation principles, salary administration, job evaluation methodologies, market pricing, and total rewards programs.

• Advanced Analytical & Data Interpretation Skills

Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, develop insights, and provide data-driven recommendations that support business decisions.

• Excel, Reporting & HR Analytics Proficiency

Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS platforms, reporting systems, dashboards, data visualization tools, and large-scale data analysis.

• Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with HR, Finance, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
