Compensation Analyst

Houston, TX Local Candidates

W2 Contract

Seeking a Compensation Analyst to support day-to-day compensation programs including base pay, incentive compensation, market pricing, job evaluation, and compensation analysis.

Must Have:

Bachelor s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field
2+ years of compensation administration experience
Base salary administration & market surveys
Job pricing and job evaluation
Variable/incentive pay administration
Compensation data analysis and reporting
Experience with SAP / HRIS
Knowledge of FLSA and Equal Pay Act requirements
Strong Excel/analytical and communication skills

Preferred: WorldatWork CCP certification
