The Role

• Operate and monitor fully automated production facilities
• Modify existing programs as needed
• Participate in process optimization, including minimizing disruptions, determining optimal cutting parameters, and conducting tool life studies
• Perform minor machine repairs and maintenance tasks

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship as a machining mechanic
• Good CNC knowledge, ideally with experience operating multi-spindle automatic lathes
• Experience and skill in using measuring and testing equipment
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system
