Tax Senior/Supervisor 

Pay Rate: $90 000-110 000

We are seeking an experienced Tax Senior/Supervisor to manage tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals, S corporations, partnerships, and fiduciary accounts. This role involves preparing and reviewing tax returns, identifying tax planning opportunities, and managing client relationships. The position offers strong growth potential and a competitive compensation package in a highly supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, S corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts.
  • Oversee fiduciary accountings for estates and trusts.
  • Identify and communicate estate and income tax planning opportunities.
  • Conduct tax research and communicate findings to clients and team members.
  • Respond to IRS and other tax authority inquiries.
  • Manage client relationships and oversee engagements from start to finish.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, supporting their professional development.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required.
  • 5+ years of recent tax experience in a public accounting firm.
  • Experience with estate, gift, and trust taxation.
  • Strong knowledge of tax compliance and reporting.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
