We're partnering with a well-established financial services business that is looking to strengthen its Broker Support team with an organised and commercially minded Sales Support Executive. This is a role where your attention to detail, relationship-building skills, and ability to keep transactions moving will make a genuine impact on business performance.
Whether you're currently in broker support, lending administration, asset finance, banking, insurance, or another regulated financial services environment, this position offers the chance to broaden your experience within a supportive and collaborative team.
What you'll be doing

As a key link between brokers, sales teams, underwriting, and operational departments, you'll help ensure finance deals progress smoothly from initial proposal through to payout.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing finance applications and proposals through to completion
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for brokers and business partners
• Supporting Broker Development Managers with live deal progression
• Assisting with structuring and preparing more complex funding cases
• Conducting KYC and customer due diligence checks
• Producing quotations and ensuring funding requirements are met
• Preparing and reviewing documentation in line with compliance standards
• Liaising with underwriting, governance, payouts, and finance teams
• Maintaining accurate records within a highly regulated environment

What we're looking for
You'll be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
We're particularly interested in candidates with:

• Experience within financial services, lending, asset finance, banking, insurance, or a similar regulated sector
• A background in sales support, broker support, customer operations, or deal administration
• Knowledge of KYC, compliance, and customer due diligence processes
• Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple live cases simultaneously
