Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer<br />Location: Nelson<br />Salary: Starting at £52,000 increasing after probation completed.<br />Contract: Full-time, Permanent<br />Shifts: 12-hour rotating shifts - 42-hour average week - (Please ask for the visual pattern.)<br />Join a Leading UK FMCG Manufacturer<br />We’re proud to be partnered with a expanding, industry-leading FMCG manufacturer in Nelson, and we’re looking for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their high-performing engineering team.<br />This is an opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, technically advanced operation where you’ll be at the heart of keeping production lines moving and improving every day.<br />What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance on pumps, conveyors, and packaging machinery
• Responding to breakdowns and ensuring minimum downtime
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency
• Working collaboratively within a skilled engineering team
• Helping shape a proactive, solutions-driven maintenance culture<br />What You’ll Bring:
• A Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Solid experience in both mechanical fitting and electrical fault finding
• A background in manufacturing, ideally food, drink, or packaging
