The Role

• Drive new business development through prospecting and following up on assigned leads.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and propose solutions.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with commercial clients by understanding their needs and providing empathetic, innovative solutions.
• Utilize provided tools and technology to prepare sales agreements and manage customer interactions.
• Achieve sales goals by effectively communicating the value of the company's services.
• Ensure all responsibilities are carried out with the utmost professionalism and integrity.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license (company paid).
• No prior industry experience required; sales experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work independently in various environments and weather conditions.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces.
