Superpower
Turns messy data into useful tools fast.
Ideal Candidate
- Enjoys solving ambiguous business problems.
- Can move from concept to working solution quickly.
- Prefers building over endless requirements gathering.
- Has experience creating dashboards, automations, and internal applications that drive business value.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments where the roadmap is still being written.
Think:
- Forward-Deployed Engineer
- Solutions Engineer
- Analytics Engineer

- Startup Operator with Strong Technical Skills
We are also hiring for a Supply Chain Program Manager, the two of you sync.
How These Roles Work Together
- The Solutions Analyst (you) owns the technical build, including tooling, dashboards, automation, integrations, reporting, and AI-assisted solutions.
- The Program Manager owns operational execution, stakeholder alignment, data governance, timelines, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Together, they help create scalable supply chain intelligence, risk management, and operational decision-making capabilities.
Soft skills are extremely important. The ideal candidates will bring deep expertise, strong end-to-end ownership experience, exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, outstanding executive communication skills, and the confidence to independently lead complex initiatives from concept through production delivery and business adoption.
