As a vital part of our patrol division, you’ll provide expert roadside repairs, diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK. The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support. • Handle a variety of issues from flat batteries and tyre changes to complex fault-finding. • Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need. • Start and finish your day from home, managing a varied workload. • Act as a proud ambassador for the brand, combining technical skill with excellent member service. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure. • A full UK driving licence. • The ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions for each customer.
