Synergetic Information is seeks an entry level Field Technician and Logistical Support candidate. Seek candidates who bring any and all trade service experiences to our telecommunications Operation. Looking for those with experience in trade services such as but not limited to electrical helper, mechanical helper, alarm technician, handy person, automotive technicians, etc.

Asa Flex Tech – Level 1: Field Technician & Logistical Support with the DC Government Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO), you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our telecommunications infrastructure across more than 600 facilities in and around the District of Columbia. Your role combines technical fieldwork with logistical coordination, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional support to our internal teams and external customers.

Technical Installation & Maintenance: Hands-on work with telecommunications equipment and cabling.

Logistical Coordination: Coordination of materials, scheduling, and inventory.

Customer Interaction: Professional and responsive communication with clients.

Safety and Industry Standards: Adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.

Continuous Improvement: Ongoing learning and certification to enhance skills and career growth.

Required Skillsets:

·       High School Diploma or GED – 2 Years

·       Trade service experience such as but not limited to electrical helper, mechanical helper, alarm technician, handy person, telecommunications, etc. – 2 Years

·       diagnosing and solving problems with telecom, electrical, mechanical, alarms or other similar systems. – 2 Years

·       Ability to read and understand technical instructions, drawings, and blueprints. – 2 Years

·       Ability to use, update and share files on cloud storage systems such as SharePoint and OneDrive.- 2 Years

·       Ability to use and update ticketing system for each job. – 1 Years

·       Proficient in spreadsheet software: Ability to create, edit, and analyze spreadsheets using any spreadsheet – 1 Years

·       Valid driver’s license.

·       Ability to lift 125lbs.

·       Ability to climb a ladder and be on your feet most of the shift.

·       Must be able to use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.

·       Experience using any of the following tools; multi-meters, current clamps, network cable testers, network cable toners, optical power meter - Highly desired
