Technical Delivery Coordinator

Location: Dallas, TX; Philadelphia, PA; or Boston, MA
Work Model: Customer-facing hybrid/onsite role
Employment Type: Full-time
Travel: Local and occasional domestic travel, based on customer needs

 

Key Responsibilities

Customer and Stakeholder Coordination

  • Serve as the day-to-day onsite contact for customer business and technology stakeholders.
  • Facilitate requirements discussions, backlog refinement, technical clarification, sprint reviews, and release-readiness meetings.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical direction for offshore teams.
  • Manage customer expectations regarding scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery progress.
  • Build strong working relationships with product owners, engineering managers, architects, security teams, and business users.
  • Ensure decisions, action items, and customer feedback are documented and communicated to all delivery teams.

Onsite–Offshore Delivery Management

·        Coordinate work across U.S.-based stakeholders and Evoke’s offshore engineering, QA, DevOps, and support teams.

·        Ensure offshore teams have complete requirements, environment access, technical documentation, acceptance criteria, and customer decisions.

·        Monitor sprint commitments, delivery milestones, defects, dependencies, and release risks.

·        Conduct regular delivery checkpoints and escalate issues before they affect customer commitments.

·        Support resource planning, work allocation, onboarding, and knowledge transfer across distributed teams.

·        Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, status reports, release plans, and delivery dashboards.

·        Help resolve communication, ownership, and prioritization gaps across customer and offshore teams.

Technical Coordination

·        Understand and communicate application architecture, integration points, data flows, APIs, security requirements, and deployment processes.

·        Support solution discussions involving Microsoft technologies such as:

o   .NET and ASP.NET Core

o   C#

o   Azure App Services and Azure Functions

o   Azure API Management

o   SQL Server and Azure SQL

o   Power Platform

o   Microsoft 365 integrations

o   Azure DevOps and GitHub

o   REST APIs and microservices

·        Participate in technical design reviews and validate that proposed solutions align with customer standards.

·        Coordinate application integrations with enterprise systems, third-party platforms, databases, and cloud services.

·        Assist with defect triage, root-cause discussions, production support, and release validation.

·        Ensure technical documentation, runbooks, deployment procedures, and support materials remain current.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • 7 or more years of experience in application development, technical delivery, business systems analysis, or project coordination.
  • Strong technical background in Microsoft-based application development.
  • Experience coordinating onsite and offshore software delivery teams.
  • Working knowledge of .NET, C#, Azure, APIs, SQL Server, and modern web application architecture.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination.
  • Ability to understand technical designs, identify gaps, and communicate issues to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing customer-facing meetings, status reporting, action items, risks, and escalations.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced customer environment.
