<b>Project Manager</b><br />Location - Wolverhampton (Hybrid)<br /><br />Are you a Project Manager with experience delivering multi-disciplinary engineering projects?<br />Do you have working knowledge of NEC3 or NEC4 contracts?<br />Would you like to take ownership of projects within the nuclear sector?<br /><br /><b>What's in it for you:</b><br />•£60,000 basic salary<br />•25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days<br />•The opportunity to accrue up to 5 extra days' holiday for hours worked over 37 hours per week<br />•Hybrid working - 3 days in the office / 2 days from home<br />•Flexible start and finish times<br />•Pension - 5% employer and 5% employee contributions<br />•Company performance bonus<br />•Death in Service life insurance (3x salary)<br />•Professional membership fees paid<br /><br /><b>What will you be doing?</b><br />•Managing allocated projects of up to £2m so they finish within budget, on programme and to the customer's requirements<br />•Setting project strategy, scope, budget, timescales, resource and technical content<br />•Keeping cost forecasts and progress tracking accurate against budgets and milestones<br />•Identifying project risks and planning how to reduce them<br />•Applying change control and negotiating contract variations through to agreement<br />•Using your commercial awareness in scope discussions with customers, including potential claims<br />•Coordinating and leading the project team<br />•Building customer relationships and supporting new business opportunities<br />•Making sure all work meets health, safety and environmental legislation and company standards<br /><br /><b>Where you'll be doing it?</b><br />You'll join an established engineering business that delivers complex, multi-disciplinary projects in the nuclear sector.

Based in Wolverhampton, you'll report to the Programme Manager and work within a structured Projects Department, where quality, compliance and safety come first.<br /><br /><b>What you'll need:</b><br />•Experience managing complex multi-disciplinary engineering projects of up to £2m in nuclear, petrochemical, transport, aerospace or a similar industry<br />•NEC3/NEC4 contract experience, ideally Options C and E but flexible <br />•A full understanding of the project lifecycle<br />•A good understanding of requirements, scope and change management<br />•Experience in risk management and mitigation planning<br />•Strong commercial awareness<br />•The ability to lead, organise and develop a team<br /><br />We appreciate your CV may not be up to date.
