Maintenance Planner/Scheduler

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to support maintenance planning activities in an aseptic production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, work order management, and CMMS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment records using CMMS.

• Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.

• Identify required labor, tools, spare parts, and materials for maintenance activities.

• Track work order completion, preventive maintenance activities, and maintenance backlogs.

• Maintain accurate equipment history and maintenance documentation.

• Ensure maintenance activities follow safety and quality procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or coordination.

• Hands-on experience with CMMS such as IBM Maximo, SAP PM, or similar systems.

• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and maintenance practices.

• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance processes.

• Ability to manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment records.

• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.

• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
