About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and analytically minded Data Analyst to join our Client Service Team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, improve client service delivery, and support strategic decision-making across the business. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional who thrives on solving problems through data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources including CRM, finance systems, and client feedback tools
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client service, operational efficiency, and business growth
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable recommendations to the Operations Manager and broader leadership team
  • Support client service teams with ad-hoc data analysis to improve response times, client satisfaction, and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and standardise reporting processesAutomate recurring reports and improve data integrity across systems
  • Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders using data visualisation tools
About You
  • 2-4 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within a service provider, professional services, or B2B environment
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
  • Strong experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (power queries, pivot tables, complex formulas)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Analytics
  • Basic understanding of Python or R for analysis is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights
