Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior React Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, frontend architecture, and modern web technologies, along with experience working with backend services and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead frontend development using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Design and develop reusable, scalable UI components.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and microservices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot performance and application issues.
• Participate in architecture, design, testing, and deployment activities.
• Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders.
• Support Agile development and CI/CD processes.
