The Role

• Preparation and cooking of cold and warm dishes using healthy, fresh, and seasonal ingredients.
• Plating dishes and assisting with meal service.
• Supporting the training of apprentices.
• Adhering to HACCP concepts, hygiene, and quality standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Cook (m/f/d).
• High level of service and quality awareness, with a passion for cooking.
• Ability to work effectively in a team with a positive social attitude.
• Knowledge of food safety laws and regulations.
