Job Description

Kapsons LLC is hiring a Sr. Oracle Fusion Enterprise Lead to own the Fusion Finance & EPM applications portfolio for a growing enterprise client. Contract-to-hire, 3 days/week onsite.

Location: Candidates must be based near one of our client hub markets, including San Diego, CA, Minneapolis, MN, or the Washington, D.C. area (Arlington, VA) — additional locations available.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the Fusion Finance & EPM applications team, overseeing production support and system stability
  • Drive the strategic roadmap for enhancements, implementations, and continuous improvement
  • Provide leadership across GL, AP, AR, FA, EPM, and PPM
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Payroll, and PMO leadership
  • Drive standardization, governance, scalability, and business alignment

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience across Oracle Fusion Finance and EPM
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work onsite 3 days/week at one of the listed hub locations
