The Role

The Solution Architect (SSA) will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive unified communications technology solutions that address specific business needs of the Large Tier 1 Telecommunications Carriers/Operators.

Responsibilities

• Analysing and understanding business requirements
• Identifying potential technology solutions
• Designing and planning the implementation of the chosen solution
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure successful implementation
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the solution and making necessary adjustments
• Develop sales material and customer presentations to drive and win new business with the sales team
• Be the active participant in winning new business with the Sales team
• Defining and documenting the overall solution architecture
• Working together with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and requirements
• Evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and platforms for the solution
• Developing and maintaining architectural standards and best practices
• Ensuring that the solution meets performance, scalability, and security requirements
• Providing technical guidance and support to development teams
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues related to the solution
• Participating in the continuous improvement of the solution and its components
• Review project plans, technical documents, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with other parties, such as sales team, product management and deployment teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulations related to telecommunications/UCaaS market

Qualifications

• Impeccable written and communication skills
• 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Background and knowledge in Telecommunications (Essential)
• Driven and highly motivated professional who can operate within a plan but also show innovation and initiative
• Positive can do attitude, strong communicator, trustworthy and a team player
