• Position Summary*

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic *Preschool Teacher* to join our 2- and 3-year-old program. The ideal candidate is collaborative, flexible, and passionate about creating a safe, joyful, and engaging classroom environment.

• Schedule*
• Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 8 - 4
• Includes prep time, monthly staff meetings, and participation in school events
• Pay and Benefits*
• *Hourly Pay:* $20–$26 (based on education and experience)

• Qualifications*
• AA degree *preferred* in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
• Minimum *12 semester (18 quarter) ECE units* – _Teacher Qualified_
• *At least 1 year* of classroom experience
• *California Child Development Teacher Permit* or willingness to apply
• *CPR/First Aid Certification* (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent observation, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills
• Flexible, creative, and proactive “team player” attitude
• Physically able to meet the demands of working with young children
