Job Description

Requirements
  • 2 or more years of experience in enterprise Okta administration, configuration, and identity engineering.
  • Proficiency in Okta Privileged Access (OPA) deployment and privileged access management (PAM) controls.
  • Experience with integrating Okta with enterprise applications using SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocols.
  • Experience in Active Directory and LDAP directory synchronizations with cloud identity platforms.
  • Experience with identity lifecycle management, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and single sign-on (SSO).
  • Experience in troubleshooting complex authentication flows, access policies, and public sector security compliance baselines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities
  • Configure, implement, and administer enterprise identity and access management solutions using Okta.
  • Deploy and support Okta Privileged Access (OPA) capabilities to secure critical infrastructure and administrative accounts.
  • Integrate Okta with on-premises directories, cloud applications, and third-party software systems.
  • Implement user lifecycle management workflows covering account provisioning, authentication policies, and deprovisioning.
  • Troubleshoot technical defects involving single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged access sessions.
  • Execute solution testing, defect triage, and deployment validation alongside senior identity architects.
  • Author and maintain technical system documentation, runbooks, and platform configuration records.
