Role description

Join us as a Salesforce Administrator where you will collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions. You will drive operational effectiveness and help shape the future of our Salesforce environment.

What you'll do:
  • Oversee administration and configuration of Salesforce to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational processes.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance user experience.
  • Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a reliable IT infrastructure.
Key Skills:
  • Expert proficiency in Salesforce Administration and the Salesforce Platform.
  • Must be Australian Citizen with NV1 Security Clearance.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant Salesforce roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Ability to build and modify custom objects, flows, permission sets, sharing rules, and other configuration.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards.
  • Proficiency using Data Loader and managing data processes.
  • Experience tracking and troubleshooting errors and user management.
  • Proficiency in deploying configuration across environments.
  • Experience providing technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bugs and enhancements.
  • Experience performing BAU activities and monitoring the Salesforce environment, preferably within large, complex enterprise data structures.
  • Experience migrating data to the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience engaging with business units to understand processes, data, and requirements gathering.
  • Ability to work with a dynamic team in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience managing process updates, liaising with clients for improvements, and aligning to change and release management.
  • Strong communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders, both verbal and written.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practice and functionality.
  • Focus on continual prioritised improvement aligned with client objectives and business needs.
Bonus points if you have:
  • Expert ITIL Fundamentals knowledge.
  • Advanced project management skills.
  • Intermediate data analysis capabilities.
  • Master problem solving techniques.
  • Intermediate communication skills.
  • Ability to work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of IT service transition and ITIL framework.

  • Canberra based candidate preferred, Sydney candidates also considered.
  • Must be Australian Citizen with NV1 Security Clearance.
