The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including the calibration of driver-assistance systems.
• Assume leadership responsibilities for technical and operational matters on-site, ensuring adherence to company standards and managing daily operations.
• Provide customer service from order placement to vehicle handover, offering expert advice and support.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the processing of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance, oversee inventory, and ensure compliance with audit standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, preferably with several years of experience as an automotive mechanic, mechatronics technician, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness or existing qualification for the "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" certification.
• A valid Class B driver's license and proficient German language skills.
• Strong customer and service orientation, with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively in a team, and handle administrative tasks with PC proficiency.
