We are specifically looking for someone who has personally participated in or led the complete Salesforce implementation lifecycle

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Implementation Consultant to lead and execute end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience taking Salesforce projects from initial discovery and requirements gathering through solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, training, and production go-live.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, Salesforce developers, administrators, and technical teams to understand business processes and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Salesforce implementations from discovery to production go-live.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for Salesforce automation and improvement.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce functional and technical solutions.
• Develop solution architecture, process flows, data models, and implementation plans.
• Configure Salesforce using:
  • Objects and fields
  • Record Types
  • Page Layouts
  • Lightning App Builder
  • Profiles and Permission Sets
  • Validation Rules
  • Approval Processes
  • Flows
  • Reports and Dashboards
• Work with Salesforce developers on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and integrations where customization is required.
• Design and execute data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems using APIs and integration platforms.
• Develop and execute system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and deployment validation.
• Manage Salesforce deployments using Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, DevOps tools, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Coordinate sandbox management, release management, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation, including configuration documents, process flows, test cases, and deployment documentation.
• Conduct end-user training, administrator training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Support production go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Work with project managers to track implementation milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Provide recommendations for Salesforce best practices, scalability, security, and maintainability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience with significant end-to-end implementation experience.
• Proven experience completing at least 2–3 full Salesforce implementations from requirements through go-live.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Strong Salesforce configuration experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, LWC, SOQL, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model:
  • Profiles
  • Permission Sets
  • Roles
  • Sharing Rules
  • Organization-Wide Defaults
• Hands-on experience with data migration and data conversion.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to independently own an implementation workstream or complete implementation.
