- Manage supplier issues, escalations and improvement plans.
- Ensure key suppliers and contracts support the firm's longer-term technology strategy.
- Support the firm's growing adoption of AI-enabled and GenAI technologies, helping ensure appropriate commercial, contractual and governance arrangements are in place.
- Build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders and communicate complex technology and commercial issues clearly.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in IT Vendor Management, Technology Supplier Relationship Management or IT Commercial Management.
- Experience managing technology suppliers across areas such as SaaS, cloud, managed services and enterprise software.
- Strong knowledge of supplier governance, QBRs, KPIs, SLAs and performance management.
- Experience of contract renewals, commercial negotiations and supplier rationalisation.
- Comfortable working in a complex, regulated or professional-services environment.
- Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI suppliers, AI-enabled SaaS, AI contracting or AI governance would be highly advantageous but does not need to be highly specialist.
