Client is looking for some one with Fullstack Programming experience and experience with agentic coding tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code

Role Summary Serve as the technical delivery lead and design authority for the Financial Change Request (FCR) Modernization platform, a 32-week engagement replacing client's legacy FCR process with a workflow-automated web application featuring AI-assisted document extraction, role-based approvals, and full audit trail on AWS.
Technical Leadership & Architecture
·       Own solution architecture end-to-end (ECS Fargate, RDS / Aurora PostgreSQL, S3, Textract, Bedrock) aligned to TennCare cloud standards
·       Serve as design authority across backend (FastAPI), frontend (React), IDP/AI pipeline, and infrastructure (Terraform IaC)
·       Drive integration strategy: ForgeRock SAML 2.0 SSO, PDMS/ISL file exchange, MMIS/MFT export, SES notifications, Splunk log forwarding
·       Lead security architecture decisions — encryption (KMS), RBAC, JWT auth, VPN-only access, NIST 800-53 alignment
Delivery Execution
·       Lead sprint planning, technical decision-making, and bi-weekly stakeholder demos
·       Direct a small team (Sr. Associate, Associate) through Build, Testing, and Deployment phases
·       Make real-time technical trade-off decisions across business and IT stakeholder groups
·       Manage technical dependencies and risks — CDP approval, ForgeRock registration, Equinix connectivity, Gainwell integration constraints
·       Coach team on leading practices for AI assisted development using GitHub copilot and mitigation of common risks with AI-assisted development
AI/IDP Oversight
·       Oversee intelligent document processing (IDP) extraction prompt engineering, confidence scoring calibration, and feature-flag architecture (mock/live mode)
·       Guide AI extraction accuracy benchmarking against 85–95% confidence targets
Governance & Compliance
·       Own ATO documentation and security control compilation in partnership with Advisor
·       Maintain requirements traceability matrix (RTM)
·       Support SPMO engagement and CAB submission preparation
Stakeholder Engagement
·       Interface credibly with both business stakeholders (Fiscal team, Bureau approvers) and technical stakeholders (client IT/Architecture, SPMO, Deloitte AWS team)
·       Coordinate with the shared PM on status reporting, schedule management, and client-facing communications
