Job description

Sr.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Java development (Java 8/11/17 or above).
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and related Java frameworks.
  • Experience in designing and developing REST APIs and microservices.
  • Proficiency in Python programming for automation, integration, or backend development.
  • Exposure to the Spec Driven Development .
  • Good understanding of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
  • Experience with source control tools such as Git.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) tools and platforms such as  GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or similar solutions.
  • Experience leveraging AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot to improve developer productivity.
  • Exposure to cloud-based AI services on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience integrating GenAI capabilities into Java and Python-based applications.
  • Experience building AI-powered APIs, assistants, copilots, or agentic workflows.
  • Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI Agents, and enterprise AI solution architectures
