Hello, I’m Joanne, the Nursery Manager at The Lindens.

My team and I understand that children flourish in warm, nurturing environments that feel like home. We prioritise strong communication with our families and take great pride in building meaningful partnerships based on trust and collaboration.

Our Forest School play area encourages active, hands-on learning—where children can build dens, dig in the soil, and grow their own fruits and vegetables. With flexible spaces and tailored activities, we create welcoming environments that support babies, toddlers, and preschoolers as they grow, learn, and thrive.

You’ll be joining THE LINDENS NURSERY SCHOOL, as a key part of every child’s journey, keeping our children safe, loved and inspired through play-based learning.

Our nurseries are warm and nurturing environments that not only support children to be ready for school but also equip them with all the life skills they need to flourish and succeed.

How you’ll spend your time here

You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily.

Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.
You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.

We’d love to talk to you if you have the following

•          An Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above 

•          Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings

•          Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous
