Senior Founding Engineer / NodeJS / React / Typescript

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience with React in production environments
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js
• Advanced TypeScript skills
• Experience building and supporting customer-facing web applications
• Experience designing and delivering features across the full stack
• Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering fundamentals
• Experience collaborating within Agile or Scrum environments

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience integrating AI functionality into production applications
• Exposure to LLMs, OpenAI APIs, RAG systems, or other generative AI technologies
• Technical leadership or team lead experience
• Healthcare, health-tech, or highly regulated industry experience
