The Role

• Represent a premium brand by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Conduct in-home sales consultations with pre-qualified homeowners for window and door replacements.
• Guide customers through product selection, proposal development, and contract finalization.
• Build and nurture lasting customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Perform product demonstrations and educate clients on high-quality fiberglass solutions.

What You'll Need

• A High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with CRM and electronic pricing tools is helpful but not required.
• Motivation and satisfaction derived from helping people improve their homes.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
