The Role

• Represent the company professionally, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Attend scheduled appointments with pre-qualified homeowners interested in window or door replacement.
• Conduct in-home sales processes, including product demonstrations, proposal development, and contract finalization.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers.
• Generate repeat business and referrals through exceptional service and trust.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Flexibility to schedule appointments with clients.
• Previous outside sales experience is a plus, though comprehensive training will be provided.
