Job Description

Job Summary:
Manage commercial architecture projects from design through construction, coordinating clients, consultants, contractors, schedules, budgets, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage commercial projects through design and construction phases.
Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Manage schedules, budgets, deliverables, and documentation.
Coordinate permitting, entitlements, and plan-check approvals.
Resolve technical, design, and construction issues.
Review drawings and project documents for accuracy and quality.
Mentor and support project team members.

Requirements:

5+ years of commercial architectural project management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Architectural license preferred.
Experience managing commercial projects, consultants, clients, and contractors.
Knowledge of building codes, permitting, entitlements, and CEQA.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
