Role Opportunity

We're seeking a values-driven recruitment leader to drive delivery excellence across Titan's Engineering & Technology recruitment business. Working closely with the Managing Director and Associate Directors, you'll shape recruitment best practice, elevate consultant capability and ensure the business consistently delivers outstanding client and candidate outcomes.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• A values driven leader with strong relationship building skills

• Proven leadership of recruitment teams

• Engineering or Technical recruitment industry expertise

• As an executive, have good individual discipline, consistency and accountability

• Solid understanding of business drivers and commercial issues

• Self-driven professional with a successful and resilient mindset

Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive delivery methodology best practice

• Coach and mentor consultants on recruitment skills and interview quality

• Monitor and drive talent pool health

• Manage Associate Director accountability
