Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 3+ years • Total Compensation: $225k+ yearly (tentative) Job Description: • Lead an agile engineering team in designing, developing, and maintaining Java software and AWS cloud environments. • Integrate robust web services and APIs to support enterprise IT services and modernize systems. • Enhance UI/UX design to deliver intuitive, high-performance web applications. • Implement agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure high-visibility project milestones are achieved.
