Senior RF Test & PCB Design Engineer

About the Role:
Join a world-class engineering team focusing on next-generation RF hardware. You will lead the development of complex RF evaluation boards, owning the process from schematic entry and layout routing to simulation and final hardware bring-up.What You Will Do:

• Design and optimize RF PCB layouts using Cadence Allegro.
• Perform Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) simulations using Ansys HFSS.
• Lead hardware bring-up and debug issues to validate performance against design specs.
• Conduct RF characterization using VNAs, Spectrum Analyzers, and Signal Generators.
• Collaborate with RFIC Design teams to define board requirements and provide performance feedback.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years in RF PCB design and hardware development.
• Software: Expert proficiency in Cadence Allegro and Ansys HFSS (or equivalent).
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of RF theory (S-parameters, matching networks) and PCB materials (Rogers, Megtron).
• Lab Skills: Hands-on experience with high-speed probing and RF test equipment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Python/C# for test automation.
• Knowledge of AI/ML for signal classification or data analysis.
• Experience with wafer-level RF probe stations.
