Messaging and Streaming Platform Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, administer, and support enterprise-scale messaging and streaming platforms. Perform software installations, upgrades, patching, and configuration management. Develop and maintain disaster recovery, backup, and recovery solutions. Monitor platform health and ensure high availability, reliability, and performance. Implement security standards and best practices across messaging platforms. Support application development teams and resolve platform-related issues.

Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and stability issues involving Kafka producers and consumers. Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency. Utilize AI-assisted engineering and operational practices to improve service delivery. Work collaboratively within a global Agile team environment.
