Growth & Business Development

  • Opportunity Generation: Identify, shape, and close transformative opportunities spanning consulting, digital engineering, AI/ML, cloud platforms, Marcom, and managed services.
  • Global Deal Execution: Lead complex, multi-million-dollar deal negotiations, commercial structuring, and global pursuit teams to maximize long-term account profitability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal sales, delivery, marketing, and practice leads to deliver bespoke account campaigns, solution architectures, and executive thought leadership.

Delivery Excellence & Risk Management

  • Program Oversight: Maintain executive oversight for multi-tower technology engagements, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget execution.
  • Performance Governance: Collaborate with global delivery leaders to meet or exceed SLA, CSAT, and NPS targets.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and manage strategic, operational, compliance, and delivery risks across all account engagements.

Executive Stakeholder Management

  • Strategic Influence: Cultivate and nurture deep relationships across executive decision-makers to influence strategic initiatives and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Governance & Alignment: Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), executive steering committees, and joint strategic planning sessions.

Leadership & Global Operations

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and elevate a high-performing global account team consisting of on-site, nearshore, and offshore resources.
  • Culture & Innovation: Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and a culture of continuous innovation and high accountability.
  • Global Flexibility & Travel: Mobilize global teams across international time zones and travel approximately 4 times per year (across the US and internationally) as needed to drive executive engagement, align stakeholders, and close key commercial deals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 15+ years of progressive client-facing leadership within technology services, digital transformation, or management consulting.
  • Proven P&L Success: Demonstrated track record of directly owning and growing a $50M+ annual account P&L with consistent, year-over-year double-digit growth.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep technical understanding of enterprise ecosystems, including cloud platforms, AI/ML, SaaS, product engineering, Martech, and platform services.
  • Executive Presence: Superior presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities at the C-suite and SVP levels.
  • Financial Acumen: Advanced understanding of commercial modeling, contract structures, risk management, and profit optimization.
  • Location & Travel Readiness: Ability to maintain a strong on-site presence in Cupertino, CA, manage operations across varied international time zones, and travel roughly 4 times per year domestically and internationally as the business requires.

Preferred Attributes

  • Direct background operating within or managing relationships with major Silicon Valley technology organizations.
