Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Nonprofit
Management, or a related field preferred
  • An equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and professional experience may be
Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, digital marketing, or a related field required
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing communications or marketing strategies
Demonstrated experience creating digital content and managing organizational social media platforms
Experience with email marketing, website content management, and digital analytics required
  • Demonstrated professional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling experience required
  • Experience coordinating multiple communications projects, campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders
Experience managing, mentoring, supervising, or helping build a communications or marketing function
Exceptional written, verbal, editing, proofreading, storytelling, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of communications, marketing, public relations, digital media, social media, and
  • Ability to translate complex organizational information, programs, data, and outcomes into clear and
