Job Description

Engagement Manager (Data & P&C Insurance)
Location: Remote (USA)
Duration: Long Term
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale Data & Analytics initiatives for P&C Insurance clients.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Drive cloud data modernization programs using Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Collaborate with business and data engineering teams to deliver enterprise data solutions.
  • Ensure governance, data quality, security, compliance, and Agile delivery best practices.
  • Present project updates and risks to executive leadership and mentor delivery teams.
Required Skills:
  • 15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Program/Engagement Management.
  • Strong experience managing Data Engineering or Data Analytics projects.
  • P&C Insurance domain expertise.
  • Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar insurance platforms.
  • Knowledge of Data Lake/Data Warehouse architectures.
  • Strong Agile/Scrum and SDLC experience.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading onsite/offshore teams.
