Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Transformation Lead / AI Strategy Leader to drive enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, analytics, automation, and AI adoption initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise AI strategy, digital transformation, AI program leadership, business case development, AI governance, and scaling AI solutions from proof of concept (PoC) through production.

This role requires a strategic technology leader who can work closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, data teams, technology organizations, product teams, engineering, architecture, security, and operations to identify high-value AI opportunities and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, AI/ML, Data & Analytics, Technology Leadership, Management Consulting, or related areas.

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or analytics programs.

• Experience delivering AI transformation initiatives at enterprise scale, beyond experimentation and proof-of-concept projects.

• Experience within Financial Services / Banking / Insurance / FinTech environments.

• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered automation.

• Experience with major cloud and AI platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), and Anthropic.

• Strong knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, AI security, data governance, MLOps, model lifecycle management, and risk management.

• Demonstrated experience developing AI business cases, ROI models, investment plans, budgets, and financial justifications.

• Strong executive-level communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute an enterprise-wide AI Transformation Strategy aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities.

• Develop and maintain a multi-year AI roadmap covering:

  • Generative AI

  • Intelligent Automation

  • AI Agents / Agentic AI

  • Intelligent Operations

• Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases based on business impact, ROI, feasibility, risk, and scalability.

• Establish an enterprise AI Operating Model covering governance, organization, processes, technology, risk, security, and responsible AI.

• Lead AI initiatives through the complete lifecycle:
  Ideation → Business Case → PoC → Pilot → Production → Scale.

• Partner with business and executive leaders to identify opportunities for AI-enabled process transformation and automation.

• Drive AI adoption, organizational change management, workforce enablement, and responsible AI adoption.

• Establish KPIs and executive dashboards to measure AI program performance and business outcomes.

• Track AI transformation metrics including productivity, cost optimization, revenue growth, operational efficiency, customer experience, and ROI.

• Oversee AI technology and vendor strategy across cloud providers, AI platforms, consulting partners, technology vendors, and solution providers.

• Evaluate emerging GenAI, LLM, AI Agent, and AI platform technologies for enterprise adoption.

• Build and lead cross-functional teams across Data, AI/ML Engineering, Cloud, Architecture, Product, Security, Risk, and Operations.

• Establish standards and best practices for enterprise AI governance, security, model risk, data privacy, and responsible AI.

• Communicate AI strategy, roadmap, investment priorities, risks, and business outcomes to executive leadership.

• Experience working with senior executives and presenting AI strategy and investment recommendations to leadership.

• Relevant certifications in Cloud, AI/ML, Data, Digital Transformation, or Program Management are a plus.
