Job Description:

Seeking an AI & Copilot Agent Specialist to help scale and operationalize Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions across our generation organization. This role will be responsible for transforming business requirements and Copilot prompts into enterprise-ready agentic experiences, navigating governance and compliance processes, developing and executing test plans, and supporting the qualification, deployment, and adoption of AI agents across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate Microsoft 365 Copilot prompts and use cases into scalable, enterprise-ready AI agents.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Create and execute testing strategies, validate agent performance, and document results.
• Manage the qualification and deployment process for Copilot agents across business functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve agent effectiveness, usability, and business value.
• Maintain documentation, standards, and deployment best practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, prompt engineering, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience developing, testing, or deploying Copilot agents or similar AI technologies.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance, and technology review processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment.
• Must be based in or willing to work onsite at NRG Tower in Houston, TX (relocation assistance is not provided).
