We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Full Stack Web Developer Lead/Manager to join our team.

You will be responsible for writing code, leading an agile development team, managing other developers, interacting with product management, performing code reviews, and acting as a mentor to other developers on your team to help us build and maintain high-quality web applications.\n\nResponsibilities \n\n Develop and maintain web applications using modern web technologies.\n Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.\n Lead an agile team with 3-5 other developers\n Manage 2-3 developers\n Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.\n Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.\n Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.\n Help guide and mentor other full stack developers to understand business and technical concepts to improve code quality and speed.\n Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.\n Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.\n Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.\n\n\nRequirements \n\n 8-10 years' experience as a Full Stack Web Developer or similar role.\n Mastery with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.\n Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, Django, Ruby on Rails, or similar.\n Experience with database systems like MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.\n Experience working on large single page web applications with complex state management.\n Familiarity with UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Semantic-React-UI, Material, Tailwind, or similar.\n Experience writing unit and integration tests with tools such as Jest, Chai, Cypress, or similar.\n Experience leading a team and/or managing direct reports.\n Experience performing code reviews to ensure security, code quality, maintainability, and knowledge sharing among team members.\n Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.\n Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.\n Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.\n Very strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n Excellent communication and teamwork skills.\n\n\nEDUCATION \n\n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\n\n
