Ready to shape the future reward strategy of a growing
international organisation?

We're partnering with
a global business undergoing significant transformation to appoint a Reward
Manager. This is a unique opportunity to play a leading role in shaping the
organisation's reward philosophy, bringing together multiple reward frameworks
and supporting the evolution of a cohesive, future-focused approach to
compensation and benefits.

Working closely with
senior leaders across HR, Finance and the wider business, you'll provide
strategic reward expertise while balancing the management of existing
arrangements with the design and implementation of long-term reward solutions.
This role offers significant visibility, influence and the opportunity to make
a lasting impact on the organisation's people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and
evolution of the organisation's reward philosophy and total reward
    strategy.
  • Review and harmonise existing
    compensation frameworks and reward programmes.
  • Manage legacy reward
arrangements while supporting the transition to a future-state reward
    model.
  • Provide strategic oversight
across compensation, benefits, executive reward and recognition
    programmes.
  • Assess reward structures,
identify opportunities for improvement and drive reward transformation
    initiatives.
  • Partner with senior
stakeholders to support organisational change and complex reward
    challenges.
  • Advise on executive
compensation, reward governance and policy development.
  • Establish reward principles,
frameworks and governance structures that support business growth and
    employee engagement.
  • Work closely with HR leadership
and operational teams to ensure effective delivery of reward programmes.
  • Utilise market benchmarking and
external insights to inform reward decision-making.

About You

We're keen to speak
with experienced Reward professionals who combine strategic thinking with
strong delivery capability.

You'll have:

  • Extensive experience within
Reward in large, complex multinational organisations.
  • A strong background in reward
strategy, framework design and organisational transformation.
  • Experience managing multiple
compensation structures and harmonisation or integration programmes.
  • Knowledge of executive
    compensation and broad-based reward programmes.
  • Experience balancing strategic
design with operational implementation and governance.
  • Strong stakeholder management
skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and executives.
  • Experience operating within
    matrixed environments.
  • A pragmatic and commercially
    minded approach to reward challenges.

Why Apply?

This is a rare
opportunity to influence the long-term reward direction of an organisation
during a period of significant growth and transformation. You'll work closely
with senior leadership, have ownership of key reward initiatives and play a
central role in developing reward frameworks that support the future success of
the business.
