We're hiring for a leading national automotive assistance provider with over 128 years of heritage, combining tradition with bold innovation to redefine roadside assistance and support millions of members.

The Role

• Provide essential roadside assistance and repairs to members.
• Embrace flexibility, working across a range of shifts and responding to varying needs.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and battery issues for light vehicles.
• Manage your own kit, maintain your vehicle, and accurately complete reports.
• Act as a calm and confident ambassador for the brand under pressure.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with demonstrated technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Flexibility to work at relatively short notice and openness to travel with occasional overnight stays.
