IT Support Analyst - York (£30,000, 4 Days Onsite) Location: York (4 days onsite) Salary: £30,000 Join a growing IT team providing 1st and 2nd line support across a diverse technology environment.

Key Responsibilities Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, and user access issues.<br />Log, prioritise and resolve service requests and incidents.<br />Configure and deploy laptops, devices, and user accounts.<br />Support Microsoft environments, endpoint management, and routine system maintenance.<br />Assist with device rollouts, migrations, upgrades, and other IT projects.<br />Escalate complex issues where necessary and follow support best practices.<br />Contribute to IT documentation and knowledge sharing.Skills &amp; Experience Experience in a 1st/2nd Line Support or IT Service Desk role.<br />Strong Microsoft troubleshooting skills across desktop and server environments.<br />Basic networking knowledge.<br />Exposure to Azure, Intune, and Microsoft Defender.<br />Good understanding of IT support processes and ticketing systems.<br />Strong communication and problem-solving skills.<br />Organised, proactive, and keen to develop a career within IT.Ideal Candidate Customer-focused with a positive attitude.<br />Comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment.<br />Able to prioritise workload and work collaboratively within a team.<br />Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and progressing technically.A great opportunity for an aspiring IT professional to gain hands-on experience across infrastructure, support, and project delivery in a supportive environment
