Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Verification Engineer to support the testing and validation of embedded and connected products. The engineer will develop and execute verification protocols, perform system integration testing, automate test activities, and ensure traceability between requirements and test results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute verification/validation test plans, cases, and protocols.
  • Perform system, integration, functional, and regression testing of embedded and connected products.
  • Develop and maintain automated test solutions using Python or scripting.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues across hardware, firmware, software, cloud, and mobile components.
  • Maintain requirements-to-test traceability and document test results, defects, and investigations.
  • Collaborate with software, firmware, systems, and product development teams.
  • Support CI/CD-based automated testing and continuous improvement.
  • Perform hands-on testing using laboratory equipment and test fixtures.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in verification, validation, system testing, or integration testing.
  • Hands-on experience with embedded systems, connected devices, or IoT products.
  • Experience with Python, scripting, or test automation frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of test planning, test case development, defect tracking, and traceability.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred: HIL testing, device communication protocols, CI/CD, automated regression testing, and experience in medical device, automotive, aerospace, or other regulated industries.
